INITIATIVES
APTI considers particularly relevant the applicative aspect of psychology, and so the contribute that play therapy knowledge and training together with professional prestazioni may give to people psychosocial well being. In this regard APTI is focused in developing several initiatives in Italy and abroad.
In Italy APTI plans and implements various school based interventions such as:

psychoeducational programs for pre-school and elementary teachers;
social skills seminars for students of primary and secondary schools.

APTI even though is mainly active with educational and psychological support programs in the italian context it is nevertheless oriented at the international scenario with regard to training activities, cultural and scientific exchange and for initiatives of support to other associations.

Below are introduced the activities so far in place:

APTI is partner with association Sukoon for education and program development in the field of play therapy.

Sukoon is the first ever of her kind and an established organization that is operational to promote Human Rights through Psychosocial Support. SUKOON i.e. Sensory & Ultimate Knowledge On Observing Nature, is an approach itself for an adequate psychosocial well being. The approach states that simplicity in our living can prevent psychosocial problems and due respect to other human beings can produce a peaceful society. The combination of Mental Health and Human Rights has provided Sukoon with an entirely exclusive Psychosocial Approach which leads to Psychosocial Peace. Sukoon has invented several novel and unique ideas and methodologies that are rooted in Psychology and are applicable psychosocially e.g. Psychological Insurance, Psychosocial Enterprise Development, Education for Psychosocial Growth, SUKOON Healing, Emotional Healing, Sukoon Trips, etc. Sukoon is trying hard to help the society in its psychosocial issues to promote a human rights’ friendly culture. The personnel in Sukoon are highly qualified in the scientific discipline of Psychology and are well experienced to design and implement projects to promote human rights through psychosocial support. Sukoon requires nothing for her administrative costs and intends to work as much voluntarily as possible.
